Trader Joe’s Chai Tea

So now that it’s finally getting a little chillier here in Texas, I can finally justify drinking chai. It makes me feel warm and cozy and like i can actually be a basic white girl and enjoy Fall/Autumn/whatever the cool kids are calling this season now. Anyway, I’ve tried a few chai teas and I’m sure it’s not totally authentic but the one I keep coming back to is the one from Trader Joe’s. It’s freaking delicious.

Put a little milk and honey in and it’s wonderful. You feel completely justified in cozying up on the couch with a good movie and a cute person to snuggle up with next to you. This tea will make all your fall & winter dreams come true. Well, maybe not all of them, it’s not pumpkin spice flavoured or anything. But it’ll come pretty damn close.

You can find it basically at any Trader Joe’s location in the coffee & tea section. They come in nifty little bags so be careful of your hands while you’re getting the bag out, there’s no string attached! Find your local Trader Joe’s location here for all your caffeine and organic food needs!

With everything going on in the world, especially in the United States, it’s really good to just get cozy and forget that Facebook is becoming an echo chamber for whatever side of the aisle you associate with and it’s crucial to get multiple sources of information to make a well informed decision. Not getting on a soap box here again but Trader Joe’s makes me feel things in general and this chai on a chilly Sunday morning isn’t helping either.

But in other news, Thanksgiving is only in a few days! What are you guys thankful for? How are you celebrating? Let me know in the comments!
