Recently, I’ve been dipping my toe into natural remedies for stress and anxiety in my life that seem to be frequent, unfortunately. And I’ve touched on this before but Yogi tea is becoming more and more of a staple in my pantry now because of its organic properties and herbal elements. Plus, it’s incredibly relaxing to have a cup of tea before I go to bed.
Recently, I discovered the Soothing Carmel Bedtime tea, mostly because i love their regular one and they seemed to be out at the time when I picked it up. Since I have a sweet tooth (or a few dozen), I figured I’d try it once. And it’s surprisingly delightful.
It’s sweet but not overtly so, which I was a little worried about. It’s a great blend of comfort and relaxation with a kick to it at the end. The perfect way to wind down from a busy day or to ease your mind before you fall asleep. I’m definitely incorporating it into my regular routine now and it’s done wonders for my stress levels.
I still have other methods to handle stress but incorporating this into my routine has been so incredibly beneficial. And I totally recommend this as well as the regular Bedtime tea!
